3. Your availability for meetings, service activities, sisterhood events, and completing the Becoming Her Journal within 90 days.
4. Your emergency contact’s full name, relationship to you, and phone number.

There is no payment required when submitting this application. Applications are reviewed manually, and submission does not guarantee acceptance. Approved applicants will receive separate instructions for the one-time $25 registration fee.

What Happens Next

1. Submit the completed application. No payment is due at submission.
2. Theta Phi Zeta leadership will manually review your application.
3. You will receive an approval decision by email.
4. Approved applicants will receive instructions to pay the one-time $25 registration fee by debit or credit card, Zelle, or Cash App.
5. After payment is verified, your Raklet member-portal access will be activated and you will receive the official GroupMe invitation.
6. Approved members will receive the Becoming Her Journal, designed to help women become grounded, build a strong foundation, and support personal growth. The journal should be completed within 90 days.

The registration fee is separate from recurring membership dues. No recurring-dues settings are being changed.

Theta Phi Zeta, Inc. Membership Terms

Membership in Theta Phi Zeta, Inc. is subject to approval and compliance with the organization's bylaws, policies, membership requirements, and standards of conduct. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into membership.

Approved members are responsible for all applicable membership dues and fees. Active membership dues are currently $30 per month and are subject to change in accordance with organizational policies. Members are responsible for maintaining accurate contact and payment information and for keeping their membership account in good standing.

Membership privileges may be suspended, terminated, or otherwise modified in accordance with the bylaws and policies of Theta Phi Zeta, Inc.
